Currently we are shipping reptiles OVERNIGHT to FEDEX HUBS ONLY! Shipping days are dependent on weather and current conditions aligning to regulations and delays as well as the individual reptile’s feed schedule. Reptiles must be shipped overnight via Fed-ex shipping.  Local pick up is available. Shipping costs depend on several factors including  location and size of the required box. We are currently only shipping within the US only at this time.

Live Arrival Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you live and in good condition. We are currently only shipping from FedEx hub to FedEx hub on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You must be able to pick up within two hours of the notification arrival or the live guarantee is void. In the event of a DOA, you must notify us within one hour of the delivery. You must notify us of any other issues within 24 hours of receipt and provide documentation. It is difficult to put a long term long term health guarantees on our reptiles because once you receive them we have no way of controlling how they are cared for therefore we can only guarantee that they are in perfect health while here and arrive in good condition. For the health and safety of our reptiles, all sales are final.

Our genetics are documented and lineage is monitored. On possible hets, there is no guarantee that they individual is carrying the gene, it is a possibility due to parents genetics. We do our best to determine gender of all of our animals but young animals can be difficult to ID and therefore gender on them is not guaranteed. Gecko gender cannot be guaranteed until maturity.

Payment plans and holds are available. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to place any animal on hold. You will have 30 days to complete the payments on purchases. In the event the buyer decides to back out of the agreed purchase or cannot fulfill the payment requirements, all payments made toward a purchase is non-refundable and will be applied to the care of the reserved animal(s) and they will be taken off hold and be marked as available.

If we do not get a response from the buyer to confirm the ship date and information and an available shipping window has been missed as a result, the buyer may be charged additional fees for the care and feeding of their purchased reptile. If we do not hear back from the buyer before the next available shipping window, the buyer will forfeit funds, rights to the animal and the reptile will be taken off hold and made available again.

*Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.

**It is the responsibility of the Buyer to know the laws and regulations of keeping various reptile species where you live. Midnight Exotics cannot possibly be aware of all laws in the various states, counties and cities. Midnight Exotics ships reptiles at the Buyer's request and will not assume responsibility should this request violate local law.
